This is an excellent calcium preparation that is gentle on the stomach. After struggling with severe bone pain due to early menopause, my doctor recommended switching to a more digestible form of calcium. Since taking this product, not only have my cramps ceased, but I've also seen a significant decrease in bone pain. I’m continuing with this supplement regularly and highly recommend it to others in need of calcium.
